Job summary

University of Southampton seeks an organised Project Manager to coordinate its Transnational Education Growth Programme. Working with the Director of TNE and multiple faculties, you will develop and maintain programme plans, monitor milestones, and align actions across workstreams.

You will produce governance papers, coordinate boards and partner workshops, manage risks and dependencies, and build relationships with international partners and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Significant project or programme management experience.
• Ability to translate plans into action and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme plans and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate activity across multiple workstreams and governance.
