Job summary

The University of Southampton seeks an organised and collaborative Project Manager to coordinate the TNE Growth Programme, supporting international education partnerships and new models of global delivery.

You will work with the Director of TNE and faculties to develop programme plans, monitor milestones, and manage multiple workstreams while maintaining governance logs, papers and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Practical project or programme management experience.
• Ability to translate plans into action and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme plans and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate activity across multiple workstreams and maintain risk logs.
• Prepare governance papers and reports for boards and steering groups.
• Support due diligence, horizon scanning and business case development.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues, international partners and regulators.
