OVERVIEW The University of Southampton is seeking a Project Manager, TNE to support the University's TNE Growth Programme. This role contributes to strategically important international education activity and supports new models of global delivery within higher education. Working within a lean and agile team, the successful candidate will coordinate programme activity and collaborate closely with Faculties, Professional Services, international partners and senior stakeholders. The position focuses on programme coordination, governance support, stakeholder engagement and monitoring progress across multiple workstreams. The role also involves research, due diligence activity and supporting the development of business cases and briefings connected to international programme development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the University's TNE Growth Programme
• Develop and maintain programme plans
• Monitor progress against milestones across multiple workstreams

• Support governance through high-quality papers and reports
• Coordinate programme boards, steering groups and partner workshops
• Ensure agreed actions and improvements are followed through

• Work closely with the Director of TNE, Faculties and Professional Services
