• 8–10+ years in luxury skincare or wellness.
• Proven record building global education strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global education strategy with clear KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing global education team with regional leaders and distributors.
• Oversee education programmes, certification pathways, treatment protocols and digital learning content.
• Partner with Commercial, Retail and Spa teams to drive retail performance, bookings and brand loyalty.
• Use performance data to evaluate effectiveness and continually improve business outcomes.
