Join a dynamic team as Global Distributor Manager, where you’ll take charge of developing and managing a worldwide distributor network for cosmetic ingredients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional results to business customers.

This is a home-based role, with regular visits to the company’s offices in either Peterborough or Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage the global distributor network for cosmetic ingredients
  • Identify and appoint new cosmetic ingredients distributors in key target markets
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with distributors, offering commercial and technical support
  • Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and take corrective action when needed
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Support distributors with training, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and customer meetings
  • Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, opportunities, and challenges
