Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Global Distribution Project Manager for a fixed-term contract in Fareham, UK. The role is on-site, 37.5 hours per week, with a 12- to 18-month duration, reporting to the Distribution department.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end process improvement projects across distribution operations, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering on project milestones. Strong PM experience in distribution and formal certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in distribution.
• Ability to think strategically and manage change initiatives.
• Experience writing technical standards and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project deliverables and plans using MS Project, Excel and Word.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes for stakeholders.
• Develop PMO artefacts (RACI, PID, schedules, risk logs) and governance documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sponsors to manage issues and risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of project objectives within budget and scope.
