The company is an established market leader, undergoing significant business and technology transformation globally. They seek a talented and experienced Director of Technology Operations to help increase customer satisfaction.

Description

Reporting to the CIO, the Director of IT Operations will oversee global capabilities across:

• Network Connectivity
• Digital Workplace Solutions
• Security Operations
• Service Delivery
• Site Technology Operations

The role involves maintaining an IT Ops roadmap supporting business growth and innovation, implementing security measures, ensuring compliance, and managing the operational budget. Leadership of over 100 staff through a management team is required.

Profile

Candidates should currently lead or have recently led an international IT Operations team of at least 60 heads in a large global company across multiple regions. Expertise in IT Operations, Cloud Hosting, Network, Digital Workplace, Security, and Service Delivery is essential.

Preferred sectors include consumer manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors. Experience in business transformation is highly beneficial. Please highlight relevant experience on your CV, as it is critical for consideration.

Job Offer

Salary range: £140,000 - £160,000, depending on experience. Includes benefits such as car allowance, bonus, and LTIP. The role requires being in the office 3 days a week and some international travel.
