Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and industry standards across geographies.

Responsibilities

Own global strategy, architecture, and roadmap for customer-facing platforms and systems.
Lead governance, data interoperability, and platform integration across regions.
Oversee the health, evolution, and technical direction of platforms and processes.
Set 3–5 year platform roadmap with market insights and enterprise priorities.
Lead cross-functional partnership with BU, IT, Compliance, and Training.
Define metrics and drive measurable business outcomes.
