The Global Marketing Operations team within Global Marketing Services is seeking a Global Digital Operations Manager for a 12-month secondment/maternity leave cover.
The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence across Personalised Connections, a new program for Haleon that includes first-party data acquisition, audience segmentation, and activation—aiming to deliver better everyday health with humanity.
Haleon’s Global Marketing Operations team aims to deliver best-in-class martech-enabled services that create innovative, human-centered consumer experiences.
The candidate must advocate for capability enablement at scale across brands and markets, promote best practices, drive business KPIs, and ensure consumer experiences are intuitive and meet needs across the journey.
As a Global Digital Operations Manager, you will be the business service owner for key pillars of our martech stack, acting as a core link between stakeholders, markets, tech teams, and external partners to activate new consumer experience solutions, focusing on Personalised Connections processes and capabilities.
