The Global Marketing Operations team within Global Marketing Services is seeking a Global Digital Operations Manager for a 12-month secondment/maternity leave cover.

The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence across Personalised Connections, a new program for Haleon that includes first-party data acquisition, audience segmentation, and activation—aiming to deliver better everyday health with humanity.

Haleon’s Global Marketing Operations team aims to deliver best-in-class martech-enabled services that create innovative, human-centered consumer experiences.

The candidate must advocate for capability enablement at scale across brands and markets, promote best practices, drive business KPIs, and ensure consumer experiences are intuitive and meet needs across the journey.

As a Global Digital Operations Manager, you will be the business service owner for key pillars of our martech stack, acting as a core link between stakeholders, markets, tech teams, and external partners to activate new consumer experience solutions, focusing on Personalised Connections processes and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  1. Partner with BUs and Global Category stakeholders to understand needs and inform product tech roadmaps, strategies, features, and priorities for Salesforce Audience Platform (Customer Data Platform/CDP) and data acquisition tools.
  2. Enable and optimize capabilities for BUs to start and expand first-party data collection, segmentation, and activation to deliver human-centered experiences.
  3. Educate and inspire marketers with best practices, develop training modules, and lead virtual training sessions for internal and external teams.
  4. Simplify Personalised Connections processes and technology for a seamless user experience by understanding marketers’ needs and collaborating with tech teams and external SaaS partners.
  5. Work in an Agile environment, refining priorities quarterly, outlining milestones, deliverables, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  6. Lead complex global projects involving multiple stakeholders, defining DAIPs, and ensuring milestone delivery.
  7. Manage a near-shore agency team (3 members) to provide support and training for internal teams.

Qualifications and skills

  • Significant experience in global or local digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in solving consumer problems and making meaningful connections across the experience journey, especially with data acquisition tools.
  • Proven ability to create business cases and influence roadmaps.
