Job summary

CBSbutler is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital and marketing technology environment on a 6-month contract. Based in London on a hybrid basis, you will work across business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria.

The role covers UAT, release validation, content issues, and ongoing platform documentation, with a day rate of £280 - £305 inside IR35.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA, digital operations or a similar role.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing.
• Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS.
• Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues.
• Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution.
• Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates.
