Qualifications

3-5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA or similar role.
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing.
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation.
Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS.
Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues.
Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria.
Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution.
Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources.
Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates.
