Job summary

ŌURA in London is seeking an International Demand Planner to bridge sales, marketing and supply chain. You will lead cross‑functional S&OP processes, translate data into actionable inventory strategies, and advise senior leadership across multiple product lines and markets.

You will collaborate on lifecycle planning, launches, promotions, and demand forecasting, interfacing with GTM teams and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specific demand/merchandise planning experience in the Hardware and/or Retail industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Experience with top tier retailers to create sales plans.
• Experience managing demand planning tools (eg. Anaplan).
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and S&OP governance.
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional S&OP meetings with executives, aligning demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP discussions and present scenarios to C‑level executives.
• Benchmark new country and retailer launches to set baseline forecasts and GTM plans.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and new product launch forecasting.
• Submit weekly/monthly demand forecasts based on channel insights and activities.
• Develop lifecycle planning and phase‑in/phase‑out strategies with GTM teams.
