Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a senior Data Management professional to independently manage end-to-end delivery of CDM services for single or multi-service projects. You will lead planning, execution, and close-out, manage budgets and client expectations, and ensure adherence to GCPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role may involve SME responsibilities and senior support to DTLs across global studies. Ideal candidates have extensive direct DM experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or program of studies (global where applicable) and provide senior support to Data Team Leads.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, processes and resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure open communications to meet contractual obligations.
• Provide training and development on data management to junior team members.
• Independently manage DM service delivery with comprehensive data management processes.
