Job summary

Creditsafe Group is seeking a Data Governance Officer to strengthen governance across its global data operations. You will work with international data stewards, technical teams and suppliers to ensure data accuracy, compliance and consistent management across countries.

You will maintain governance processes, support data quality initiatives, manage metadata documentation, and drive consistency across Creditsafe's data landscape while enabling growth and efficiency across the group.

Qualifications

• Strong data governance and data quality knowledge.
• Experience maintaining governance records and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing data assets.
• Ability to work with international teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using metadata management or data catalog tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with international data stewards and SMEs.
• Coordinate regular Data Governance meetings and track actions.
• Escalate data-related issues to Group stakeholders when needed.
• Support group-wide policies for Data Privacy, Change Management and Onboarding.
• Monitor data loading with suppliers and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Maintain data governance documentation and data source repositories.
