Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Programme Manager to lead complex Data and Analytics programmes, overseeing multiple workstreams and global resources. You will drive delivery execution, governance, adoption, and benefits realisation to support strategic data initiatives.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, PMOs, Business Analysts, and contingent resources, shaping strategy, roadmaps, budgets and risk management in a hybrid, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of programme management and delivery leadership experience across large, global change programmes.
• Proven experience delivering platform and data migration programmes including SAS migrations.
• Strong governance and change management expertise with scope, benefits, RAID, dependencies, stage gates, controls.
• Financial services domain knowledge within regulated institutions.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple locations and cultures.
• Strong Agile delivery experience; SAFe is advantageous.
• Ability to translate between business, engineering, operations, risk, security and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong financial management: forecasting, budgeting, pricing and benefits management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution across the programme, including oversight of product development roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Develop and manage programme delivery strategies across multiple capabilities and workstreams, securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Lead programme reporting, governance, benefits realisation, and OKR management per Change Framework.
• Lead global teams and integrated delivery teams to meet commitments across budget, schedule and scope.
• Partner with Product teams and SMEs during planning and forecasting.
• Own intake and evaluation of new work and change requirements, establishing requirements, scope and budget.
• Drive stakeholder discussions around delivery strategy, scope, capabilities and budget.
• Manage risk, issues and dependencies, providing solutions and change control.
