Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager for a 6-month FTC in the United Kingdom. You’ll report to the Technical Operations Director and work with the CISO to lead our global Security Hardening program, coordinating with vendors, engineering and product teams.

You will manage a portfolio of security initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments, define use cases, track milestones, and ensure delivery within time, scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or product management roles.
• Experience leading large-scale global security programmes.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical projects, manage timelines, and work with Engineering and technology teams to define use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile planning sessions with technical teams to ensure deliverables are agreed upon, acceptance criteria are documented, and priorities are clear.
• Coordinate with third party vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure new systems are delivered with appropriate documentation and change management practices.
• Analyze business processes, manage end-user and stakeholder expectations, and engage in change management activities.
• Lead and execute security initiatives for cloud and on-premises environments, managing scope, resources, budgets, and timelines.
