Job summary

Reversec is a global cybersecurity company seeking a Junior Project Manager in the United Kingdom to support service delivery and assist with account development. You will liaise with client project teams, help with staffing, and coordinate across UK and global engagements to ensure smooth delivery and satisfied clients.

You will work with consultants and Account Directors to drive successful projects, manage staffing, and continuously improve delivery processes in a fast-paced security

Qualifications

• B2B client-facing experience is preferred (e.g., customer success, events, or project coordination).
• Confident decision-maker with daily critical decisions.
• Professional approach to internal and client-facing duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong project coordination; Prince2 or Agile is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Issue resolution and conflict mitigation across delivery.
• Understanding of information security is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on engagements, current and recent.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and resource utilization in UK and globally.
• Plan and schedule projects to optimise client satisfaction and workloads.
• Coordinate projects through phases; handle pre-delivery tasks and escalation.
• Build relationships to maintain and grow revenue.
• Attend and contribute to strategic reviews.
• Understand account strategy; support Account Directors.
• Collaborate to produce proposals and SOWs.
• Oversee multiple accounts and growth.
• Review delivery processes to meet client expectations.
• Work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
