Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a clinical subject matter expert in cardiovascular ultrasound to bridge clinical practice and product development. The role requires extensive hands-on scanning experience and the ability to articulate clinical workflows to engineering and product teams.

The position supports global clinical validation, best-practice development, and ongoing education while traveling up to 50% of the time. A strong background in echocardiography and vascular imaging is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on cardiovascular ultrasound scanning experience in a clinical environment.
• Registered/certified cardiovascular sonographer with proficiency performing adult echocardiographic examinations.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular ultrasound anatomy, imaging techniques, workflows and best practices.
• Ability to communicate clinical concepts and workflow requirements to technical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical SME in cardiovascular ultrasound to represent workflows and user needs within R&D and product development.
• Partner with engineering, product management and cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Engage with clinical customers to understand workflows, unmet needs, usability challenges, and opportunities for innovation.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound advances, guidelines and trends and contribute to product strategy.
