Job summary

Kingspan welcomes applications for a Transport & Import Customs Administrator at the Portadown site. You will join the Logistics team, report to the Logistics Manager, and handle import customs entries for GB to NI while assisting the transport function with admin tasks.

The role requires accuracy, ability to work under pressure, and collaborative teamwork, with exposure to ERP (Infor LN) and customs processes in a global manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Experience with import customs entries.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete import customs entries for goods moving GB to NI via the TSS portal.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain customs invoices and verify invoice accuracy.
• Work closely with Kingspan GB sites regarding intercompany transfers and related customs docs.
• Assist with export declarations and ensure documentation is compliant and accurate.
• Liaise with Kingspan's customs broker to ensure HMRC compliance.
