Qualifications

• 12+ years in development, transitioning from hands-on engineering to leadership roles.
• Proven client-side and server-side technology experience, preferably across multiple application types.
• Experience managing engineering teams of 10–30+, with talent recruitment and retention abilities.
• Hands-on or leadership experience in desktop applications, web portals, and AI components.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools in development or leading tech adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Customs strategy for Kuehne+Nagel's customs management platform.
• Lead AI-augmented development model implementation.
• Oversee timely project delivery with Development and Delivery Managers.
• Define and maintain engineering standards across customs development.
