• Understand import/export SOP elements.
• Ensure accurate data entry into operating systems.
• Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments.
• Monitor clearances and communicate with customers.
• Process shipments timely and smoothly, ensuring freight flow.
• Invoice customers and follow credit approval to minimise risk.
