Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking an inspiring and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to lead the Industrial & Commercial (I&C) Customer Success teams across Customer Service, Billing and Change of Tenancy (COT). Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will drive performance and shape the end-to-end customer journey.

You will build high-performing teams, champion cost-to-serve initiatives, and foster compliant, reliable service for high-value clients while collaborating with Sales, IT

Qualifications

Experience leading customer service or operational teams in a fast-growing business.
Strong commercial awareness with history of operational improvements.
Experience managing complex contracts and billing operations.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire operational teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and meet targets.
Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Champion accurate, timely billing and resolve complex customer issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, IT, Finance, Risk to deliver seamless experiences.
Drive continuous improvement and implement change across teams.
Support operational strategy and ensure robust compliance.
