Capital Group is seeking a senior risk leader in London to oversee enterprise risk management, control activities, and regulatory alignment. You will guide senior management, coordinate cross-functional risk discussions, and drive continuous improvement across risk programs.

You will lead a team, shape risk strategy, and partner with business areas to strengthen governance, data analytics, and reporting while supporting growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and their application to asset management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep teams aligned.
• Experience driving results in fast-paced, complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee risk management execution across business areas and manage enterprise risk framework.
• Lead SOC 1 audit preparation and external information responses.
• Drive ICARA process end-to-end including board validation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing risk team and ensure continuous improvement.
