Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC’s Asset Management team seeks an Associate to support a diverse portfolio of CRE loans across the UK, Europe, and APAC. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Commercial Real Estate group, you will assist with financial modelling, loan events, reporting, and daily loan management, coordinating with origination, credit, legal, and middle office to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate lending or loan management.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Resilient and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director in managing a portfolio of UK, European, and APAC real estate loans.
• Collaborate with loan originators, credit, middle office, and legal teams on documentation and MI.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day loan management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address queries promptly and prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Assist in creating financial models, tracking deliverables, and managing loan events.
• Liaise with borrowers, facility agents, and lenders for timely reporting.
• Review waiver/modification requests and analyse impacts with approvers.
• Review drafts, waterfalls, and redemption statements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party advisors on development loan drawdowns and funding.
• Produce internal monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Review P&L and balance sheet projections for capital allocations.
