Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to join its global Legal team. You will own governance across key entities, drive corporate secretarial practices, and influence board-level decisions to ensure compliant and efficient governance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves shaping governance frameworks, collaborating with senior leaders, and supporting board oversight and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Corporate governance and company secretarial experience; knowledge of company law and governance frameworks.
Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (Associate or Fellow).
Experience operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ideally financial services.
Ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels across a global organisation.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, but also a team player.
Ability to manage and prioritise complex matters with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
Experience working within an international organisation across multiple jurisdictions, with a US parent or significant US presence.
