Job summary

Hexagon World Series, a world-class padel circuit, seeks an ambitious COO to drive day-to-day operations, growth, and international expansion. Working with the CEO and executive team, you will lead events, partnerships, and organisational design while building scalable systems and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in sport, entertainment, events, media, or high-growth businesses.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex operational projects.
• Experience managing budgets, business planning, and performance metrics.
• History of improving processes and implementing scalable systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all functions.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence for events and business activities.
• Oversee growth opportunities including club acquisition, licensing and amateur leagues.
• Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance management frameworks across the organisation.
• Oversee tournament and event delivery with cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure all commercial rights and partnerships are delivered to a high standard.
• Build scalable processes, lead transformation initiatives, and develop leaders across the business.
• Partner with CFO and CEO on budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
