Job summary

ROVOP, a global ROV specialist, seeks a capable tender/commercial professional to support the Commercial Department in tender preparation and assist Operations on project commercial issues. This role provides global support to the business.

You will collate budgets, prepare tender price estimates, maintain clarification records, and work with Supply Chain to evaluate supplier partnerships, ultimately helping to protect margin and project invoicing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar tender/commercial role.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Experience operating in global jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and collate budget proposals and tenders, including subcontractor/supplier proposals.
• Prepare detailed tender price estimates and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date clarification registers and coordinate with Technical Sales for feasible solutions.
• Draft and/or negotiate Call Offs to established contracts and prepare commercial/technical deliverables.
• Maintain commercial databases such as CRM and support the project handover between Commercial and Operations.
