Job summary

ROVOP Ltd. is seeking a commercially minded professional to support the Global Commercial Department with tender preparation and project commercial issues. You will collate budgets, produce tender price estimates, and maintain documentation and CRM data to enable profitable bids.

The role involves cross-functional work with Operations and Supply Chain, ensuring accurate invoicing and contract handovers, and may require global remit experience.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar role with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and collate budget proposals and tenders with subcontractor/supplier proposals.
• Prepare detailed and accurate tender price estimates and clarifications.
• Maintain tender risk registers and ensure achievable technical solutions.
• Draft and negotiate call-offs to established contracts and maintain CRM databases.
• Coordinate handover between Commercial and Operations, reviewing tender risk.
• Support operations on commercial issues to improve margins and invoicing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain for supplier evaluation and partnerships.
