Job summary

SolvTalent is seeking a Senior Construction Cost & Programme Manager for a major international organisation, based in the United Kingdom with an international remit. You will own the commercial performance of a multi-country construction programme, working with Property, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams across 860 locations and 24 countries.

Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will develop systems, governance and benchmarking to drive cost efficiencies, oversee budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within the built environment or construction sector.
• Strong cost planning, budget management and financial reporting experience.
• Experience managing large, complex property or construction portfolios across multiple countries or regions.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, ideally within Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• The ability to translate complex commercial information into clear executive-level reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The willingness to travel internationally.
