Qualifications

• Good standing admission to a state or relevant national bar or a current English practising certificate required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated legal conflicts of interest researching, identification, and resolution experience in the Conflicts Department of a major law firm.
• Exceptional working knowledge of the SRA Standards and Regulations and Model Rules of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, analysis, and clearance of actual and potential conflicts of interest.
• Liaise with the Director of Conflict Services and General Counsel’s Office for conflict clearance.
• Prepare and maintain conflict waivers and related documentation.
