Smith+Naphew is seeking an experienced Compliance Operations Manager to shape and continually improve our global Compliance Programme. You will lead strategic initiatives across functions and drive programmes that strengthen awareness, effectiveness and engagement worldwide.

You will balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, develop multi-year communications and training roadmaps, oversee reporting, and ensure governance, policies and guidance remain accessible and fit for purpose

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a highly regulated environment with global compliance programme operations.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional programmes from design through implementation and measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with credibility across all levels.
• Excellent communication, governance, continuous improvement, and project management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance systems and improve programme effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver multi-year compliance communications and training roadmaps.
• Oversee reporting activities and ensure governance, policies and guidance remain accessible and fit for purpose.
