Job summary

CoreWeave Uk Ltd. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for International Security & Privacy Compliance to lead the global compliance program for new market launches from regulatory assessment to go-live and ongoing maintenance.

You will work with Legal, Privacy, Security, Data Center Operations, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to translate local requirements into delivery-ready controls and timelines, building scalable country-entry playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international security/privacy compliance programs.
• Ability to translate local laws into technical and operational controls.
• Knowledge of data residency, cross-border transfers, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end compliance program for new-country launches.
• Translate local laws into concrete requirements with owners.
• Map country requirements to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls.
• Develop playbooks, requirements registers, and dependency maps.
• Integrate compliance into product and data center launch plans.
• Report status and risk to leadership.
