Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing or overseeing complaints within an insurance or Lloyd’s environment.
• Ability to prepare MI and regulatory submissions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse trends and identify root causes.
• Proven track record of delivering assignments on time and to the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Provision of regulatory and procedural advice related to complaints.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Complaints Governance framework.
• Maintain the Complaints Management Framework, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and analyse complaints MI, trends, and root cause analysis.
