Morgan McKinley is seeking a payroll team lead to manage day-to-day operations and data governance as we roll out a new, game-changing payroll solution developed in-house. You will coordinate UK payrolls and potentially multi-location payrolls, liaise with HR and payroll teams, and contribute to the solution’s ongoing development.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate payrolls in the UK and/or multiple locations.
• Contribute to the development of a new payroll solution built by the firm.
• Liaise with clients' HR, internal payroll and outsourced payroll teams.
• Perform data analytics to oversee capture, reconciliation and reporting of global compensation.
• Oversee data sources manipulation/mapping for payroll processing.
• Define tax rules to aid the technology build and work with the Tax Technology team.
• Apply tax knowledge in the global mobility and cross-border payroll space.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
• Support the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
