Pfizer UK offers an Undergraduate Programme in Global Commercial Strategy (Inflammation & Immunology). You will support launch readiness, market analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional projects while gaining exposure to senior leaders and Pfizer's Marketing Academy.

The placement targets students in Business, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Launch Readiness: maintain the team's launch tracker and share status updates.
• Competitive Intelligence: monitor landscape and provide concise updates.
• Vendor Partnership: coordinate with our competitive intelligence agency.
• Budget Management: maintain trackers and purchase orders.
• Congress Support: assist in preparing for key medical congresses.
• Marketing Input: contribute to brand messaging and launch materials.
• Team Support: prepare meeting materials and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Own a project from brief to presentation in the second half of the year.

Who Can Apply?

• Are completing a placement through a Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.

Department Overview

As part of our Global Commercial Strategy team, you'll play a vital role in preparing for the launch of a potential first-in-class medicine for dermatomyositis and polymyositis-rare autoimmune diseases that significantly impact patients' lives. This is your chance to work alongside a high-performing global team, collaborating with various departments to bring groundbreaking treatments to those in need.

Your Journey with Us

During your placement, you'll:

• Be an integral part of the launch preparation for a new treatment.
• Gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and market analysis.
• Develop essential marketing skills, including brand positioning and creative development.

By the end of your year, you will have:

• Presented your work to senior leaders across the US and International teams.
• Attended EULAR#####7, Europe's largest rheumatology congress.
• Owned competitive intelligence summaries that inform our strategies.
