Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop pricing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end commercial management of designated accounts with senior support.
• Prepare and review client/internal reporting on revenue and profitability.
• Analyse financial performance and translate findings into actions.
• Be the principal day-to-day commercial contact for designated clients.
• Lead client status calls and manage procurement-related discussions.
• Guide internal teams and contribute to client-facing materials.
• Lead or support contract negotiations and ensure favourable terms.
• Support contract compliance audits with internal teams.
• Lead development of commercial pitch proposals and responses.
• Coach analysts and managers; foster a collaborative team environment.
