Twinings Ovaltine seeks a Commercial Executive to support a portfolio of international markets, driving profitable growth and building strong distributor relationships. The role is based in Andover with hybrid working and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will help deliver sales, profit and growth objectives by providing business insight, managing key commercial processes and building effective relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a related commercial environment.
• Experience using data and analysis to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver profitable sales growth across a defined portfolio of markets.
• Maintain market performance insights and identify opportunities/risks.
• Support annual operating plans, forecasts and commercial priorities.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with distributor partners and plan contact activities.
• Own forecasting inputs and contribute to S&OP and reforecasting.
• Provide robust commercial analysis and performance reporting.
