Job summary

Sepura Ltd, based in Waterbeach, Cambridge, is seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to shape commercial outcomes by engaging with global partners, customers, governments and suppliers while managing commercial risk across day-to-day trading activities.

You will report to the Commercial Manager and operate at the centre of a broad stakeholder network, balancing competing priorities and supporting the bid function in proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (Law, Business or similar) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing agreements including Channel Partner contracts and Confidentiality agreements.
