Job summary

Make UK Defence in London is seeking an International Collaboration Manager to drive the organisation's expansion into international markets and advocate for UK defence SMEs. You will engage with UK government bodies, embassies and trade partners to create new business opportunities and support export campaigns.

You will work with our Defence Policy and Membership teams to develop high‑quality policy proposals and deliver export advisory services, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a global business environment or international collaboration/export initiatives.
• Proven ability to create and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead international expansion strategy with UK government, embassies, and multinational bodies.
• Support policy proposals and deliver reports to government bodies and NATO.
• Expand export advisory services and coordinate overseas trade shows and virtual events.
• Collaborate with Defence Policy and Membership teams to assist member export campaigns.
• Represent Make UK Defence to government and external stakeholders.
• Help advertise new international opportunities and track their progress.
