Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed DBA team with a follow-the-sun model and mentorship.
• Drive modernization and cloud-native automation of database platforms.
• Partner with Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Product leaders on resiliency and performance.
• Direct global disaster recovery strategies, high availability architectures, and security policies.
