Smith+Naphew is seeking a Global Category Leader for Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Procurement to lead category strategies across infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and related services. You will partner with senior technology leaders to shape supplier strategies and drive procurement transformation on a global scale.

• Significant experience leading technology procurement categories across infrastructure, cloud, networks or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record developing global category strategies that deliver measurable value and transformation.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams across technology, finance, legal and business functions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technology roadmaps into supplier strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category strategies across infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and workplace technology.
• Shape sourcing decisions and supplier strategies to support Smith+Nap’s digital ambitions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships with hyperscalers, infrastructure providers, and cybersecurity vendors.
• Coach Category Managers and champion AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve procurement effectiveness.
