Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Physician to lead medical accountability across Phase 1–3 trials within Clinical Development. You will provide medical oversight, design strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific and regulatory success.

The role emphasizes medical education with CS, safety oversight, protocol development input, and strong leadership in a matrix environment, with potential international travel.

Qualifikationen

• MD required (or x-US equivalent).
• 3+ years of Industry experience and/or clinical trials experience is required.
• Ability to communicate and present information clearly in scientific and clinical settings.
• Subspecialty training in applicable therapeutic area desired.
• Expertise in the scientific method to test hypotheses, including statistical design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Knowledge of drug development process.
• Knowledge of the components needed to execute an effective clinical plan and protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Medical Monitoring: contribute to SDT, manage site interactions with CS, assess safety-related events, provide medical oversight in protocol development, ensure GCP and training compliance.
• Clinical Development Expertise & Strategy: design clinical plans/protocols with strategic focus, oversee studies, analyze benefit/risk, support executional delivery (site activation, enrollment, adjudication).
• Health Authority Interactions & Publications: contribute to Health Authority interactions and advisory boards, author regulatory and submission documents in partnership with CS.
• Travel: Domestic and International travel may be required.
