Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Finance/Administration/Life Science)
• 2–3 years in clinical research or combined Clinical Research and Finance/Business
• Experience in regulatory or finance functions
• Strong problem-solving and risk analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and local language

Responsibilities

• Own country budgets, develop and negotiate CTAs
• Oversee and track clinical research payments
• Execute country trial submissions and approvals for protocols
• Manage country deliverables, timelines and results
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in country protocols
• Develop SOPs and oversee Clinical Trial Coordinators
• Coordinate with CRM/CTCs/CRA and other departments
• Align country timelines with Headquarters
• Provide oversight to local vendors and manage local processes
