Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, Global Clinical Physician Late HOCT to provide medical accountability for Phase 1–3 trials, manage cross-functional teams, and guide protocol development with a focus on GI oncology. You will oversee safety, data reviews, and education for study teams and investigators.

You will leverage deep disease-area knowledge and leadership to ensure execution of complex clinical plans in a global network, with ongoing training and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• MD required.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Medical monitoring across multiple trials.
• Lead SDT/CDT participation.
• Oversee safety reviews and study data analyses.
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists on protocols and safety.
