Job summary

Neko Health AB is actively seeking a seasoned change and communications leader to unify how clinical teams are informed across the organisation. You will design intake models, align senior stakeholders, and drive fast, structured change across teams and geographies.

In this pivotal role you’ll translate raw data into clear, cadenced communications, build trust in new processes, and ensure global coherence while enabling local teams to act with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change or programme management at scale.
• Experience designing and enforcing intake/governance processes across cross‑functional teams.
• Track record running structured communications programmes for dispersed frontline workforces.
• Strong programme management instincts bringing structure to ambiguity.
• A creative communicator who knows when a policy document is right and when a short video does the job better.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and an appetite to use them to improve quality, efficiency, and reach.
• Sharp stakeholder skills to align leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in high‑growth, multi-site consumer services or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the intake model and centralised view to coordinate communications.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish the intake model as the standard across the organisation.
• Roll out the model with cross‑team touchpoints and governance checks.
• Report on intake volume, compliance, and evolution needs.
• Operationalise a global communications programme with consistent formats and cadence.
• Equip clinic leads with tools to communicate while maintaining global coherence.
