Qualifications

• Experience operating within a Legal or Professional Services environment (preferred).
• Demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Able to identify potential new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client partner and account team to design and implement an effective account strategy including an account plan, budget and relationship map.
• Facilitate annual client relationship reviews and manage client relationship maps using CRM tools.
• Implement systematic client feedback processes to evaluate engagement and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate global account team activities and prepare meeting agendas and notes.
• Monitor industry and client issues and share insights with the account team.
• Prepare partners for client meetings and support the production of tailored materials.
• Support the proposals process on major RFPs and tenders so teams understand client culture and buying criteria.
