Job summary

HMS Sweden is seeking a Channel Marketing Coordinator in Coventry to provide hands-on support to the global Channel Marketing team. Working with EMEA & USA teams, you will assist campaigns, events, distributor communications, CRM, Bloomfire & Marketplace administration, and reporting to develop core marketing skills.

This role is ideal for a university student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in B2B technology marketing, with exposure to international teams and mentoring

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new systems and marketing tools.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience using CRM systems or marketing platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities with channel partners.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and action logs.
• Prepare marketing presentations, documents, and assets.
• Coordinate approval and distribution of marketing materials.
• Perform channel audits of websites and social media.
• Maintain distributor/partner contact information in CRM.
• Support segmentation and compliance on Marketing 365.
• Upload and maintain marketing collateral and product info on marketplaces.
• Assist with distributor communications and marketing updates.
• Support Channel Marketing Managers with daily partner requests.
• Assist with planning webinars, trade shows and distributor events.
• Coordinate event logistics and registrations; follow-up communications.
• Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports.
• Update marketing dashboards and trackers.
• Assist with collecting sales and distributor performance data.
• Produce regular reports for marketing and sales teams.
• Help keep marketing databases accurate and up to date.
• Keep project management tools updated with tasks.
• Collaborate with Regional Channel Marketing Managers and capture actions.
