Description

This role sits in the central Education Channel and Partnerships team and is responsible for driving a globally scalable channel strategy that countries around the world can adopt to build and accelerate their own channel businesses. The role works hand in hand with country and regional teams to turn global frameworks into local execution.

Responsibilities
  • Design and own the global channel strategy framework, ensuring it is simple, scalable, and adaptable across markets rather than bespoke per country.
  • Partner directly with country and regional teams worldwide to help them build, launch, and accelerate their channel and partner ecosystems.
  • Define and drive the global VAD strategy, including partner structure, engagement model, and the end-state operating model, presented as an aspiration rather than a mandate for how partners run their business.
  • Help drive the strategy and rollout of the Partner CRM platform for Education across EMEIA and other regions, coordinating with local teams on adoption and change management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to country channel leads, bringing best practice, structure, and commercial rigour to local channel plans.
  • Build and deliver executive-ready presentations and narratives that communicate strategy, progress, and commercial impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead by example: model the behaviours, standards, and ways of working expected of country teams, demonstrating credibility through action rather than directive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecosystem partners, legal, finance, and sales & marketing teams to ensure strategy translates into measurable channel acceleration.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, visually engaging, top-down narratives and chronological structure
  • Deep understanding of indirect/channel business models, VAD structures, and partner ecosystems.
  • Comfortable operating globally across diverse markets and cultures, balancing a consistent global framework with local market nuance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and alignment across central and country teams without direct authority.
  • Commercially minded, comfortable using data to make the business case for channel investment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with partner platforms/tools (e.g., Partner Gateway) is a plus.
