NQA is seeking an International Manager to lead the operational oversight of our global certification activities from our Dunstable base. You will work with international teams, agents and stakeholders to ensure delivery is efficient, compliant and aligned with accreditation requirements.

This hybrid role offers opportunities to influence strategy, drive continuous improvement, and support growth across markets while maintaining integrity of certification records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a certification body in a technical or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of management systems certification and IAF rules.
• Lead Auditor qualification completed or course.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead international certification operations and guide global teams.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and scheme rules.
• Monitor KPI performance and timelines; drive efficiency.
• Oversee certification reviews, audits and scope management.
• Support offices and agents with coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate changes to standards across operations.
• Identify and manage operational/regulatory risks.
• Support audits and corrective actions; ensure integrity.
• Represent NQA at industry and accreditation meetings.
• Contribute to international strategy and growth.
