Kiwa Group seeks an International Manager to lead the operational oversight of its global certification activities from a hybrid base in Dunstable. You will work with global teams, agents and stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant certification delivery and support growth and improvement across international markets.

You will monitor performance, support office and agent development, and communicate changes to standards and accreditation schemes across international operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in a certification body or related field.
•  
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and IAF requirements.
• Lead Auditor training or certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international certification operations and provide guidance to global teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, regulatory obligations, and scheme rules.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and timelines to identify efficiency and service improvements.
• Oversee certification activities, including reviews, audits and scope management for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent Kiwa in industry and accreditation meetings and build stakeholder relationships.
